AI & Industrialised Construction: Risk, Reality and the Road Ahead
11:30 am
Jamie Adams - ProScope
This session focuses on:
- Industrialised construction promises speed, certainty and scalability but this only works if data, process and execution align. AI is accelerating the shift in unlocking new efficiencies in planning, forecasting and delivery, while introducing new risks around data integrity, over-automation, and loss of human judgement.
- This session aims to explore where AI adds value, where it can mislead and how organisations can adopt it responsibly.
- We will outline practical steps to balance innovation with control ensuring AI strengthens rather than destabilises delivery.

The Uncommon Sense about AI Adoption
11:00 am
Helen Dawson - Helen Dawson & Associates
