Fulcro and ThingLink: Immersive training, now in FULmax
Safety briefings, site inductions and handover training all share a problem - it's hard to make a lesson stick when people can't see or try the thing they're being taught.
Fulcro has partnered with ThingLink, and the ThingLink Immersive Room Application is now available in the FULmax product line, letting teams generate immersive spaces and build training scenarios inside them, with no site visit required.
On a construction project, that might be a virtual site with hazards hidden in it, where staff have to find each one and explain why it matters. In operations, it could be a rehearsal of the response to a leak or plant failure, run before anyone faces real risks. Maintenance teams can work through an isolation or a pump changeover step by step before going near live equipment, and new starters can complete a consistent site induction before their first day.
Every scenario can be repeated as often as needed, with nobody put at risk and nobody taken off the job.
